Week 10: Discussion#8 (Habits)

(Based on our synchronous class) At least 5 sentences each: HABITS CAN BE POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE 1. CAN YOU IDENTIFY A POSITIVE HABIT THAT YOU HAVE? HOW CAN YOU STRENGTHEN IT? I have a habit of being organized. I always organize my personal belongings such as clothes, school supplies, and other things. I also organize my files such as outputs for school and even my desktop icons. I feel uncomfortable when I see my own clutter but I do not really mind the mess of others. I can further improve this by continuing to keep this habit and have other applications for it such as time management. 2. CAN YOU IDENTIFY A NEGATIVE HABIT THAT YOU HAVE? HOW CAN YOU CHANGE One negative habit of mine is staying up late in the night. Sometimes, I am still awake up until sunrise. I am aware that this affects my health and sometimes even my school works. Week 9: Discussion#7

Answer in not less than 5 sentences for each question. 1. How can I become a more responsible student?  I try to become a responsible student by learning how to manage and balance my time for studies, and personal care or development. I focus on getting great results on my studies and avoid distractions that hinders this process. I try to do my best on completely understanding each lesson in order to accomplish upcoming tasks and works with great results. I also do not forget to help others on their studies whenever they are having trouble on them.  2. How can I manage stress? I usually do not get stressed because I am a laid back person. When I do get stressed, I manage it using lots of methods. Usually, I use Acceptance-Action Approach to actually deal with them since I do not want to get bothered by the same thing over and over again

Week 9: Reflection#2

1. About RESPONSIBILITY: Are there things that I have done that were irresponsible? How did I/can I correct those things so I will not do it again in the future? I have done a lot of irresponsible things in the past. I have neglected tasks, procrastinated then crammed, and simply gave up on some of them because of my laziness. I have failed tests and quizzes, failed to pass some requirements, and unknowingly skipped class. Still, I have no regrets. Those were moments where I just had fun and leisure instead of worrying about works or studies, but I actually enjoyed and treasured every second of it. I could have had fun while still being able to pass and comply but I do not think I would change or correct those times for some grade that I would probably forget for the next five years. Although I am not encouraging that you should prioritize having fun and leisure for responsibility. I am merely stating that I just would not change what I have done. If I were to, all I have to do is sacr
